Cumberland Caverns Live, McMinnville, Tennessee
Cumberland Caverns is a national natural landmark and show cave located in McMinnville, Tennessee. It is the second longest cave in Tennessee and makes the list of longest caves in the United States and in the world! Hosting concerts at 3:00 PM CT on Saturdays and Sundays from April – November, Cumberland Caverns Live is a bucket-list experience for artists and fans alike. An amazing underplay opportunity for Nashville-based artists.
Oliver Springs, Tennessee: Windrock Shindig
Generally the third Saturday in April, Windrock Shindig features national Country headliners with a $100k-$150 budget.
Pigeon Forge, Tennesee (Spring and July 4 concerts)
Patriot Festival held on July 4th features a national country headliner and regional and tribute support artists to round out East Tennessee’s largest July 4th Celebration. Josh Turner headlined
in 2022.
Tennessee Valley Fair, Knoxville, Tennessee
September 8-17, 2023, the Tennessee Valley Fair hosts 6-8 concerts during its run hosting all genres in their Homer Hamilton Amphitheater with ~3,600 capacity.
GEORGIA
Atlanta Botanical Garden, Atlanta, Georgia & Gainesville, Georgia
~1,900 sellable-cap premium intown venue. Lush outdoor lawn in the heart of Midtown Atlanta overlooking Piedmont Park with the skyline in the background . Targeting Thursday dates in 2023 with an emphasis on singer-songwriters. Past performers include Indigo Girls, Emmylou Harris, Bruce Hornsby, Chris Isaak, Elvis Costello, and Lyle Lovett. The Garden is investing in a permanent performance stage at their Gainesville, Georgia, campus to host additional shows north of Atlanta.
Bainbridge, Georgia (Spring and July 4 concerts)
The City of Bainbridge in southwest Georgia hosts River Town Days (March) and a 4th of July celebration each year along the Flint River at the Earle May Park Stage, both free municipal events. In 2023, the City intends to host a Spring hard-ticket show at the venue.
Buford, Georgia: Summer Concert Series
The City of Buford hosts concerts in May, June, and July, featuring local, regional, and tribute artists, and each Fall hosts a nationally touring act.
Dallas, Georgia: City Fest and Summer Concert Series
The Summer series kicks off with City Fest April 28, 2023 – Clint Black headlined the festival in 2022. The free summer series consists of 2-3 regional and national artists and is held downtown.
Douglasville Amphitheater, Douglasville, Georgia
The City of Douglasville, west of Downtown Atlanta, hosts its inaugural season at its beautiful new amphitheater/greenspace with a capacity of ~2,500. They intend to create a mix of free City-sponsored shows as well as hard-ticket routed artist dates.
The Fred, Peachtree City, Georgia
~2,000 sellable-cap Municipal Amphitheater on the southside of the Atlanta metro, hosting concerts on Saturday (preferable) or Friday (possible). Season typically consists of 8 National Touring Artists, 2-3 Tribute Acts, the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, Stand-Up Comedy, and more. Genres typically Pop, Rock, Country, Classic.
Macon Cherry Blossom Festival, Macon, Georgia
Each March (17-26, 2023), Macon becomes a pink, cotton-spun paradise of delight as over 300,000 Yoshino cherry trees bloom in all their glory. And for 10 days, festival-lovers are treated to one of the most extravagant displays of springtime color in the nation as they visit the town referred to by Congressional Records as the Cherry Blossom Capital of the World. RCS buys for select nights of the Festival.
Peachtree Corners, Georgia: Summer Concert Series
Peachtree Corners hosts a monthly summer concert series on Saturdays from May through October for all ages on an outdoor lawn with a permanent stage targeting original artists of all genres.
Sandy Springs, Georgia: City Green Live, Heritage Park, Byers Theater Performing Arts Center
Sandy Springs has made significant investments in arts and culture and aspires to be a premiere destination in the north metro Atlanta area for touring musicians.
City Green Live is a monthly summer concert series hosted on Fridays from April through October for all ages on an outdoor lawn with a permanent stage targeting original national and regional touring artists of all genres.
Concerts By The Springs is a monthly series hosted on Sundays from May through September generally targeting an older audience with tribute and variety acts.
Byers Theater is a state-of-the-art Performing Arts Center with a ~1,000 sellable-cap. The Theater hosts a variety of plays, arts, and other non-music performances. RCS buys their contemporary shows.
Smyrna, Georgia: Summer Concert Series
Smyrna’s three show Summer Concert Series features local and regional artists concluding with their Birthday Bash on the 2nd Saturday in October which features national artists in a street party-like atmosphere. Train and Toad the Wet Sprocket headlined in 2022.
Suwanee, Georgia: Town Center Green
The City of Suwanee host community concerts by local/regional artists April – October and book a National Headliner for their Suwanee Fest in September.
Tunes From The Tombs, Oakland Cemetery, Atlanta, Georgia
Enjoy the sunset over the Atlanta skyline as the music flows from Oakland’s North Public Grounds at the annual (September) Tunes From The Tombs at the historic Oakland Cemetery. The all-day event features a variety of music acts with a National or Regional headliner.
Vidalia Onion Festival, Vidalia, Georgia
The 46th Annual Vidalia Onion Festival is April 20-23, 2023. Each spring, Vidalia anticipates the harvest of Georgia’s Official State Vegetable, the internationally known Vidalia Sweet Onion. The City of Warner Robins in Middle Georgia hosts its annual Independence Day Celebration each July, rarely on the 4th. A great opportunity to route two Independence Day shows in Georgia! Wire & Wood Festival, Alpharetta, Georgia
Alpharetta’s Wire & Wood brings together nationally and locally recognized musicians to perform and tell the stories that inspired their songs. Held each October, Wire & Wood features 40+ performers on 12+ stages and venues over 2 days. Hosting a national headliner each night with regional and local support acts, Wire & Wood has become a premier songwriters event!
Woodstock, Georgia: Summer Concert Series
The City of Woodstock hosts one of the largest free community concert series in the South on the second Saturday of each month, May through September, for all ages on an outdoor lawn with a permanent stage targeting original artists of all genres. Christopher Cross, Scotty McCreery, 38 Special, and Drew Holcomb have been a few of the national headliners over the last few seasons.

South Walton, Florida: 30A Songwriters Festival
RCS Productions Produces one of the largest singer songwriters festivals in the country with over 2 dozen stages over 4 days in January and also consults on talent.
